All you have to do is call the local Sheriff's Office in the county where you believe the warrant might originate. You can call over the phone and ask to speak to someone in the warrants section. Provide your name and date of birth and they will tell you if a warrant has been issued for your arrest.

go to the local police department with a picture ID.

Ask a officer to tell you if you have any warrants, they can check.

If you got a ticket, there should be a number on the ticket to call to see if it has gone to warrant.

i don't know, what is your name? where do you live? you can contact your local law enforcement agency to find out, but be careful cuz if you do they will most likely arrest you.
