You can Check the avialbility of trains and seats at
indianrail.gov.in. While to book ticktes at your convinence log in to irctc.co.in. Here you can directly print your ticket. But you need to register to this site first to book. You need a valid PAN card or Passport or driving licence to book the tickets. And you need to carry a xerox copy of these while travelling. Rs 25/- per PNR they are charging.
