Sonoma County, California Juvenile Courts

Each court will be different,

Are you sure they will try it in juvenile court ? In our area, they most likely would try it in adult court.

But I would say that since the parents would not be supporting you, you would be sent to juv detention till you are 18 to 21
That is about the max they can do.

If you were in my jurisdiction, I would request that the prosecutor waive your case to adult court so that you would face those penalities. The assault with a large rock could count as attempted murder.

obviously you don't pay attention in school or you would know that each state and county has it's own guidlines. Hopefully in your case you'll go to juv detentio until you're 21
