See a lawyer, sue her for breaking the agreement or promise. It does not have to be in writing, implied promises stand up in courts.

Will have difficult time finding the one that will take the case.

So write it off as live and learn experience.

Depends on the meaning of your 'cheat.'

If it's over $10, forget it.

If it's over a huge sum of money or property of value to you, then try talking to her. Unless the sum reaches over some $10k, it is recommended to seek Alternative Dispute Resolution rather than going to court.

If your cheat means that they are cheating on you (i.e. having a relationship with another party whilst engaged in an exclusive relationship with you), then you can take her to court (or ADR) for emotional damages.
