my boss at a tow co. held a gun to my head and made me have my parents give his driver the tittle and car to him for money i owed him.the oakley pd showed up and did nothing becouse he tows for them.so now i have no car whats wrong with this ?

Are cops trained to smell pot like dogs? If so how can they definitively say they smelled it "I detetected an odor of marijuana" .....but when they see it they say "a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana"

This is after you have called the police numerous times and the neighbor just doesn't care. He parties on anyway, day or night.

And also after you have complained in writing to the apartment complex but they don't care either cause they are a bunch of jerks too?

A feww weeks ago my son got his car windows smashed by a teen with rocks.Do you have any advice of what i can do legally the boy is still a teen and he also drives.The law isnt doing anything about it and where i am from saskatoon, sask.canada there is a deductable of $700 I dont think my son should have to pay for it.My son is only 17 also and worked all summer to purchase his car and even had to borrow $$ to buy it.Does anyone know what i can do legally to make the other bot pay for what he has done.If the boy drives a nice car how would he feel if someone went and did that to his car i am wondering if i can go to the law enforcement somehow and get his license taken away or something czu how could he do that my son got jumped by 40 other guys 2 days b4 that from the same crowd and the same boy broke the 1st window that night and went back to smash teh rest of my sons windows and succeeded.please give me some advice if you know any laws of canada. please and tahnk you.im upset!

The NSW opposition and the police union claim that the fixed position speed camera is being used as a substitute for the highway patrol. I think they are right, the police officer pulling you up can breath test you for alchol and other drugs, check if there are any outstanding warrents etc and what is more you will slow down after being booked by the Cops. The speed camera only takes photos of the car.

Yesterday I read a report on a newspaper. One evening a motor cyclist grabbed a necklace from a girl's neck and wanted to get away. But he was found out by a car driver and the latter chased him with all his might. During the pursuit, the car ran into the motor and the cyclist fell from a bridge and died. Then I wonder if the car driver is guilty.

He just pulled up behind me after i had only been driving a half a block since i pulled out of the parking lot. He decided to run my plates for some reason Even thoguh I had violated no law. My registeration was suspended yesterday but the only wasy he could tell was to run mymplates cuz the stickers good for a couple more months. I have up to date insurance and valid drivers liscense.Any ways he wrote me the ticket. I called my friend and she said that she thinks he needs to have a reason to run my plates. Is this true? The reason i have not re registered it is because I am getting a new car in two weeks I don't see the point in paying the 250 dollar fine on top of the registeration fee to drive the car for two weeks. Then have to reregister another one.

Our Indian high court and supreme court have ordered to demolish 3 floors of a 7 story building in chennai. You as a civil engineer please clarify. Will it not affect the near by building and will it not loose its strength because of no fault of the neighbors. The demolished building also looses its strength in its remaining 4 floors. Two months back I visited New York and saw the destroyed twin tower. The near by buildings were also cracked due to the impact of the damage of the twin tower. I saw the seen of demolition work here. They use just the sledge hammer to demolish the floors. Before delivering the order they should have consulted the civil engineers.

1)Drugs offenders(any1 who steals/prostitutes/makes a public menace)SHOULD B CONFINED TO A MILITARY-STYLE BOOT CAMP.2)Sex offenders(any1 who scares/touches/violates fellow citizen)SHOULD B CONFINED TO A MILITARY-STYLE BOOT CAMP. 3)You get a "life" sentence,the time served is up to the offender.THE REASONS-1/A few months in a boot camp will conquer all addictions. 2/A new address in a flatshare with other boot-camp graduates to learn life skills. 3/Employers could be persuaded by government to give jobs and/or traineeships to boot-camp graduates. 4/Most offenders' parents would be over the moon with my plan!Anyone without an addiction,who is just "greedy" or "psycho"would just be deemed un-reformable by the state and put in a normal,secure prison just like now. well,there it is-please give me your feedback.

All charges include:

*Marijuana with intent under 1LB
*pills not in proper container (although I have a prescription for all) It was 2differnet types of lithium in 1 container
cracked wid shield ( I was a passenger)
*licesnse plate light being out ( again I was a passenger)


I think they will drop everything but the posession with intent....what do you think? Any advice from ANYONE ESPECIALLY Prosecutors will be helpfull!!

Are the cops allowed to weigh marijuana with the bags and charge someone with that amount....or do the have to charge them with just the amount of the marijuan with out the bag included? If the weigh with the bag....can that be dismissed for tamering or some other reason? Thanks
