The American Police are basically burning the U.S. Constitution. Corrupt Cops will search you and imprison you without probable cause.

They no longer require a search warrant. The Cops will lie and say that they had probable cause to search you even though there was none.

The cops will lie and say that you gave them permission to search when you didn't.

Does anybody know how you can beat lying corrupt police in a Federal Court for Illegally searching the vehicle without probable cause.

I was driving a car and the Cops asked me to search the vehicle. I told them "no". Does that give them probable cause? Did they then have the right to remove my passenger and then search my passenger and the entire vehicle without a search warrant.

After the probable cause hearing the cops told the judge that we gave permission to search and then at the station the police tried to get me to sign a consent to search form under threat of being electrically stunned. Is this legal?

First I have a college degree, I have never been on welfare, and I do not have access or live, where there is public transportation...and if you think my question is just about driving you are wrong....pay attention...at where our government is headed am not a crybaby either, Think people.....! perhaps you will find yourself in a situation where you demand your rights...and find that you have none....think beyond this specific subject matter. Its supposed to be government for the people, by the people. Not government by the politicians, for the people...when was the last time you actually were ask for your input on laws going before congress or your state represenitive. Truth is at the time of the Boston Tea party incident,we were ready to go to war because they were imposing excessive taxes on tea..today we just bend over and take it.....Says a lot doesnt it................

We the American Public are fed up with corrupt police officers. We have way too many cops out there. The cops are parasites that are sucking our country dry.

The pigs are starting off at $52,000 annual salaries while elderly people can't even afford medical care.

The cops are locking up over 2 million americans mainly for offences like smoking marijuana and homelessness.

It's time that we put our foot down and started taking care of the sick and poor and stop the cops from bleeding America Dry.

We're tired of all the prisons sucking our country dry. 3/4 of all prisoners are in prison for drugs because of corrupt cops that just want to steal their money and live high on the hog.

Police are causing 3/4 of all the violence and murders out there because they won't let drug users be. It's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

When will the cops take their heads out of their a.s.s.es and let America be a free country again.

God Bless America. God Damn Police

When American citizens approve or allow lawmakers to approve such laws as exclusionary zones around places where children congregate, signs in fronts of homes and on cars or special driver's licenses or license plates, do they realize what sorts of offenders are being listed - everything from the mutliple child molester/rapist down to the male counterpart of a married couple who had consensual sex in a parked car? Will the public ever realize the distinctions and start demanding that Megan's Law be operated in its original form (the predators and repeat offenders and only seen by law enforcement.)?

What will it take to make a change?

The law is unjust, and needs to be changed from privilage to necessicity. obviously, none of you have lost your income...and lost your insurance because a roof over your head and food has presidence over the importance of paying my insurance or feeding my children is more important...the level of income does not keep up with the laws fines and fees incorperated with these laws...yes I belive insurance is nessecary....but I dont belive that trying to find a job which requires driving...to better my situation, so I can afford to support the government is a crime that equals me to a 500 .+ fee plus insurance...You guys are missing the whole point...it all about money and how the state can get more of it....Im tired of being F#$%^^&* to death over absorbent fees and fines....that got on the law books due to insurance lobbist...and greed instead of looking out for the better of all...If you live from check to check..like many americans..it only takes a few bad licks to make one homeless...

I had a cursory glance and so far as I know am the first to mention here the policeman who was recently told by a judge that he would not be punished for travelling at very high speeds such as 150 mph when caught by the incar monitoring system (der!!). He had said that he was just getting used to driving his car but surely this kind of behaviour is inexcusable. Why are judges so soft on policemen in situations like this when they should realise that this leniancy only serves to make the general public less kindly disposd towards the police (and judges)?

Why cant somebody just stop them being published so less people are in the know. I understand the web is a freedom of free speech but blowing up your fellow man has to be the limit

Okay so here's the situation, say someone got in troublein FL, a 3rd degree felony but was released on their own recontinance(sp), their charge was dropped but suppossedly a new charge was issued & a warrant for arrest. This person since has left state to Michigan & is living the clean life & doing very well. They have gotten a drivers liscense & established residency & employment & nothing has been brought up to this date, it has been almost 2 years since the arrest in FL. Question is do you think this person could get in trouble in the future? Theyhave never been in ANY trouble up to the arrest in FL & havnt been in any since nor do they plan to participate in any activites that would put them in trouble. But they still worry as to say they got pulled over for a traffic violation per say, do you think they will be in danger of being expidited? PLEASE this person is very fearfull of this even though all seems to be going smoothly. Were not aware of new charge before they left FL.

The patriot act has cause us all a loss of privacy and restricted our ability to freely travel, also some local police agencies abuse the patriot text, so what is the price you will sell out for, Is it your life, your property what would cause you to want to give up your liberty, what would make you be willing to surrender the American way of life as our for fathers lived, your rights according to the US Constitution your freedom as an American, what’s the price you will take for your loss of rights as an American.
