When it rains it pours, a few weeks back I got a ticket and got deffered judification, now I have to not get another ticket for 60 days but yesterday I got one - shouldn't have but I did.

Now I heard that I an still get my deffered judification because i got the new ticket it a different county.. is that true?

call the county that offered you the stay of imposition and ask them this question. if the deal you signed was not to get any more similar tickets IN THAT COUNTY, you're fine, but if it was not to get any more tickets.....AT ALL, then you will of course have to face the music for the old ticket and this new one, both. My guess would be that the agreement only applied to that county, but only your local court clerk can answer that for certain.
