Hey, they haven't brought them to justice yet!!! That is for the courts to do - and no doubt the legal wrangling and shenanigans will go on for quite sometime before they stand trial!
Let's just hope that any who are NOT british citizens are promptly DEPORTED when their sentence (if any) is complete!
But yes, if succesful prosecutions are brought - or even if we know in our heart of hearts, that they have saved thousands of innocent lives, then a vote of thanks is lovely idea.
Too many people are too quick to complain in the UK but never say thank you. Well done you.

No!!!
The information to stop the recent plot to destroy planes came from arrests and interrogation from the Pakistani police.
If the British police were left to their own devices they'd still be shooting innocent people outside police stations (because the officer on watch went to the toilet and didn't call for a replacement) or turning innocent people's houses into a shooting gallery, using hundreds of bullets to get five people (including an old man and a woman) - that's not a raid, it's an attempted massacre.

exciting remark approximately weapons from Andrew S. I constantly felt that Blair gave in to the tiny Snowdrop tension group and banned hand weapons some distance too surely while different lots greater beneficial tension communities have been given honestly nowhere with him. could desire to this is that while you're passing rules which you be responsive to will finally bring about revolution you're able to desire to make specific that no person has a gun to shoot at you with? we are surely sleep strolling right into a police state, yet as quickly as we do awaken there'll be various hardship.

They receive something better than a thank you from everyone who pays tax and council tax - money. They were doing their jobs and there wasn't too much danger from what we have been allowed to hear. However, public trust in them will increase as a result of this, which is perhaps the best "thank you" we can give.
