Theres so much child abuse that surely plenty of us are potential pervs/at least we must unwittingly know one? It's just that the police say the crimes they cover are "the tip of the iceberg",it seems very widespread.

In the past eight days my house has been burgularized two times by the same 14 year old boy. The Police Department has arrested this boy and the Juvenile System released him to his father. The father is aware that he has broken into my home and stolen property (some irreplaceable) and I would like to know how to proceed to get this parent to pay for some of the items that his son has stolen from my house; while I was at work? I rent and am a mother and I have worked very hard for all of the things that I had. If anyone has an honest answer I would greatly appreciate some insight, because I am feeling over-whelmed and discouraged.

Do you agree with the use of the dispersal order in Knightswood, Glasgow which begins today. The order part of the governments anti-terrorism bill will be used in the despersal of anymore than two teenagers on the streets between the hours of 3pm and 3am in a bid to stamp out gang culture.

The reason i ask is that i was charged with a DWI, i had returned home after about two hours being out. I was invited to breakfast, and went back out where i was subsequently arrested. In between, i had brushed my teeth and rinsed with mouthwash. I hadn't considered these as a factor until someone mentioned it. My breathalizer test registered a .22, which seemed absurdly high.

I recently moved out of TX and I have some unpaid tickets, anyway a muncipal court out of Wills Point, TX sent me a letter saying that because I didn't pay these fines that I can't renew my DL in the state of TX and if I try I will be denied. My question is this,
I live in OK can I change my DL over or will this TX thing hinder that?? When I go to change over my DL will OK let me?
