Call your local Sheriff's warrant division and ask them. If you go down in person they will have to arrest you.

Do not go into a court house or police station. If there is a warrant they will put you under immediate arrest and then you are screwed unless you have the money to pay the warrant off. Either call the court house clerck or have someone go down there and ask for you.

In most states, if a warrant has been issued and you know what county the warrant will be issuing the warrant; you can....
1. Call the local Police Department and ask if a warrant has been issued for your arrest or
2. Have someone call for you and ask if there is a warrant for your arrest

If you have missed cout on a case and think that you have an arrest warrant issued to you, prepare a VERY good reason why you missed that date, and go to court with a lawyer, and explain it to the judge. Most judges that I have had experience with will not want to take you into custody, especially since you will be appearing in front of them to explain. DO NOT try anything silly like bringing a child with you thinking that the judge will have sympathy, that only make them mad.

Go to the county where you suspect there might be a warrant and walk into the police station or court house and they will be able to provide you with every thing you need.

A conviction seek executed by employers or potential employers won't show that writ. all and sundry is allowed due technique of the regulation.
