Speeding would be an misdemeanor as long as you were not going 15 miles over the speed limit. Then, if the officer wants to, he can write you for reckless driving (a felony).
No proof of insurance is a misdemeanor.
Driving on a suspended DL is normally a misdemeanor. However, in some states, driving on a REVOKED DL can be a felony after the 3rd offense.
Either way, this will affect your employment options and it is going to be very expensive.

Speeding is not a problem and no proof of insurance is also a misdemeanor but driving on a suspended license is more serious.
It would depend on state law as to whether it is considered a felony or not...

if this is the first time you have received traffic tickets, you may be able to get one or 2 of the charges reduced or dropped entirely by pleading guilty to one of the offenses, the prosecutor will decide what sort of offer (if any) to make to you based on your driving record.
it is unlikely to be a felony level offense unless you have a large amount of priors of the same type.
Also the reason for your license suspension may have some bearing on the offense level, there's really just too much missing information in your question for a complete answer

They are all class C misdemeanors here in Texas. Of course the car would most likely get towed if you were caught doing this.
