I have a friend who was started on in the street one evening by a half cast man of about 20 years old. This man was just looking for a fight and my friend and my boyfriend told him that they didn't want any trouble. At this point, the man tried to hit my boyfriend (missing miserably and hitting the wall). The man who hit the wall was obviously shouting alot in pain now, and when he removed his had had braided hair. My friend sang 'Craig David' (like Craig David does) and was arrested for racial abuse. If this man had sung a Robbie Williams song for example, would he have been arrested for racial abuse too? According to the police, no! Also apparently we can't call him black or half cast, it has to be mixed race. My friend was locked up in a cell for about 10 hours. The police themselves admited that this wasn't right, and even said that if the man had called my friend Robbie Williams, this would have some how been because he had been aggravated by my boyfriend and friend.

I shoplifted from walmart when I was 17. They said that I couldn't enter Wal-mart property without my father. I wasn't prosecuted but the cops came and interviewed me. Wal-mart took my personal information. Now that I am 18 I was wondering if I am allowed to enter.

if a group of seven masked individuals were casually strolling through a city park at night with a video camera when they happened out of sheer coincidence to find a man of a somewhat darker complexion molesting a six-year-old girl of a different but still darker complexion, so they decided to dismember the perpetrator and feed his limbs to their pet rabid pit bulls, if they left a copy of the Beta format video, including credits using fictional names?

Of course they would have to transport the video editing equipment in the grocery cart they took from the homeless lady at the other end of the park, but they were taking that back to the grocery store, anyway. Two crimes solved in one night.

File sharing has been a huge issue. Publisher lose money, government lose income (tax). So government turn to sue eDonkey for the lost. But i wonder who should be sue? eDonkey or user (assume that is possible to track down user) ? and Why?

eDonkey release the following statement: "MetaMachine does not have any control over the exchange of material over peer-to-peer networks, even when users utilize MetaMachine software. Nonetheless, MetaMachine strongly encourages users to respect and abide by copyright laws, which benefit us all."

I was looking for parking at the beach. A spot opened up on the opposite side of the street so I proceeded to cross a double yellow line. As I put the car into P i was approached by a cop and given a ticket.

Can I fight this at all?
If not what is the typical fine for such an infraction?

My friend broke into a neighbors house when they were gone and stole 3 of his guns. It finally caught up with him and the detectives told him that the neighbor only wanted his guns back. Well he was able to find and return 2 guns. Now, he's been waiting for the past week for them to come and pick him up. We dont even know what the charge is, or if him returning the guns worked in his favor. He called the detective to see what they were doing and they said they will come when ever they come! So does any body know what could be going on? And what type of time and sentencing is he looking at? We are in the state of Louisiana, but any type of general idea would help.

And you may have left some messages that may have offended him a little bit and maybe might have caused him a very little grief at work and you had no money and no power at all whatsoever, and you believe this particular cop would not be above doing such things as planting evidence, etc. What are some precautionary measures possible to take to prevent him from being able to screw with you or your life at all? Any suggestions? Please intellegent suggestions that may actually work? Anyone I can contact?

We are the law whether you like it or not and you will respect us or we will throw your as.s.es in prison.

If you disrespect us we will smash your brains in with our billy clubs, maybe electrocute you with my favorite stun gun.

All you citizens are scum in my book. Always breaking some type of law such as speeding, jay-walking, or smoking dope.

You will all pay for your sins. And you will pay to us in the Blue Uniform. Whether you like it or not there's two classes of citizens, you're either with the men in blue or you're one of them.

And if you're one of them you are open season for all my brothers in Blue to target. We've got the guns, the power, the connections.

So you better start obeying your superiors or we'll throw your *** in prison where it belongs.

Don't f.u.ckl. with us or you will pay. I assure you this.

We are basically God and the sooner you realize it the better off you'll be.
