Not really, unless there is a noise ordinance in your city/county (depending on if you live in city limits or not). If there is a noise ordinance, you can find out what time it goes into effect. Other than that, there's really nothing that can be done unless you are in violation of that ordinance during the stated times. However, if you rent in an apartment complex, you may have limitations in your rental contract or regulations by the landlord/property manager that limits the amount of noise you can make.

Yes, if its too loud you will be warned once if it continues you will get a ticket for the loud music, if it is offensive in nature (cussing, nudity, etc) and the police officer witnesses the offensive matter you go to jail on a class B misdemeanor (this is in tx unsure about anywhere else)

Yes - you can make all the noise you want to until it bothers the neighbors. If they complain, then you will be asked to stop. Simple.
