In Pennsylvania several years ago, I was cited with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness and paid a fine.
I am now applying for a job that asks if I have ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, and I'm not sure how to answer.
Any ideas?

I found one that i like and i got it from one of those off brand used car lots. I put 7 Grand down on the vehicle, and they were suppose to get a bank to finance the other 13 grand. I gave them the money, and they gave me the car. I signed all the paper work but they told me some bullshit like i couldnt get any paperwork because they had to be paid by the bank first. That was exactly a month ago, now i just called them because i never heard from them, and i aske them had my license plate came in, and they said no, and im like why would it take a month to receive my plate. I got my temporary plate, temorary registration, and insurance. THe girl on the phone let me know that im suppose to come pay the dealer ship my first payment, im like what the hell! Do I have to return the vehicle? this is not going to help my credit which was the purpose! I dont want my money back, but can they report it stolen? i didnt steal it! Im not making no payments unless its to a bank to help my credit.

I have a friend, whose wife's grandmother, is being cared for by a couple that are illegal. They are being paid cash and have asked to live with the grandmother for six months because the authorities are looking for them. My advice was to not get involved. Aren't they really cracking down with homeland security? I would like some wise professional legal advice to pass on to this family, before they get in trouble. They are trying to remain ignorant I believe, so that if something does happen they could plead ignorance. HELP!

My question is directly portraying to .40 S&W cartridges.
I find cartridges ranging in bullet weight from 135 to 180 grains.
From what I’ve read, statistics seem to lean toward the lighter bullets putting out more energy. Is there a reason why the heavier bullet weights are defiantly better? Does it depend on my application?
I feel as though I’m missing a piece of this puzzle.
Lost in a land of statistics, numbers and figures...

People think that the British Police are not armed. Well its a misconception. There are a number of forces e.g The Ministry Of Defence Police (a civilian force, not military), UK Civil Nuclear Police, Police Service Of Northern Ireland, are armed. The Anti Terrorist, Flying Squad, Special Branch, Diplomatic Protection, Royal Protection squad are all armed. All County Police forces have round the clock Armed Response Units & also have specialist SWAT -like teams. (e.g CO19 in London Met police)
Why don't the Government just own up to this fact ? We are the only country in Europe not to 'officially' have an armed police service, why clutch onto false past romantic visions ?

Many innocent people are cheated of their hard earned money by scoundrels, who by variuos pretext take money & abscond. These scoundrels are intelligent, cunning & well planned. The cheats shift from one place to another and start off fresh. Once they have found another group of victims shift base to escape from the victims, public and police. Unfortunately when the aggrieved complaint to the police, the cops ask us to find out where the cheats are hiding and only then they wld help retieve the money. Becos of various reasons.

CAN WE :: GOOD CITIZENS CREATE A NETWORK AS CRIME BUSTERS. PLS? :

where we can exchange information / pictures of such scoundrels and inform one another through extensive email circulation and may be capture or inform the police of such scoundrels movements and bring them to book.

Or any suggesstions pls.

Its got to be on a voluntary basis. And if we are successful we may create a revolution of sorts. This needs lots of thought to go in.
