You can form a community action committee. In this way, you can get cameras with public tax help. Even police to attend your meetings. The police really don't want any problem from action committees. Also, outward beam lighting in front of the cameras will void the criminals from masking the cameras before their image is recorded. Criminals know this.

Not chicken wire, dogs can chew that and hurt themselves. There are rolls of very fine mesh nylon wire you can just put on the bottom of the fence, along the part your dog can reach. We have done that for our little miniature dachshunds who also slipped through our new wrought iron fence in front. In spite of that, never, never leave them out there alone if you go away. You know how persistent dogs can be, but the rolled mesh works very well. Now our dachsies sit there and try to figure out why it worked before but now they can't get out. I am, however, absolutely sure they are thinking of some other way to get over that fence, so I would never leave them out there alone and go off.

Create a neighborhood Watch Program and get your neighbors to the meeting. Contact the City Hall to set up a program and when you call the Police you see the thefts and he or she will come and rescue your guys right away.Because, you set up with the Cop,helping hand with neighbor and the power of cell phone. You will get a theft and You will send him or her to jail. Let's make it
and may be your guys call store the light around the loft building and I am sure someone will spend time in jail. It about time you fight back and clean up your city.
