Why inmates have many rights? They have the right to watch television, radio. 3 meals a day, library, and believe or not they have a nice desk inside their cells.

As a C/O you may not touch them unless you have physical contact with you. I feel that if you are in jail, they should treated like a criminal. Why the government is wasting our tax founding by making sure they have a comfortable stay while locked up & giving they so many damn rights?

This does make any sense.

The prison system is a secret hidden world that the public never sees. There are certain things that the prison fears the most. They are Video Cameras, Tape recorders, Freedom of the Press. These items are more feared then guns by prison officials. They do not want the public to know what really goes on within the prison walls.

The fact is that most prisons are encouraging racial hatred, homosexuality, violence. They are festering swill holes of evil with no goal of rehabilitation. It's all about the $$$$$$ for the correctional officials.

They are encouraging a sadistic homosexual atmosphere of sexual and psycho control of prisoners. Prisoners are not allowed to even look at playboy magazing. Guards routinely grab prisoners nuts, and a.s.s.es and make sexual inuendoes.

Prisoners are forced to show their anuses and lift their cocks and balls for homosexual sadistic guards and be humiliated. Most prisoners become homo under homo rule.

God Help Them.

I recently received one of those red light camera tickets in the mail for failure to stop when making a right turn. I didn't realize that I hadn't stopped until I viewed the video. The fine is $361. Most signs say that the "minimum" fine is $271 so I'm wondering what determines the fine amount. Also, the citation I received in the mail says to pay the $361 or to pay $390 to attend traffic school. It says specifically, "to attend traffic school, DO NOT PAY THE ABOVE BAIL" and to pay the $390. Does this mean that the $361 will be refunded after attending traffic school? I assume not but the wording makes it sound like that because it says if you don't attend traffic school the $390 will be "converted to bail." Very confusing!!!

A number of years ago I read an article about a police department which was planning on using "net-guns" as part of plans to use "the least amout of force necessary" to catch a "perpetrator". What if any advancements have been made in this neck of the woods? On a separate but related issue: Why we have not been 'outfitting' police officers with tranquilzers for quite sometime now, is beyond me....

I have a friend who recently got arrested he was charged with 2 counts of possession2 counts delivery and 1 co

count to conspire. The drug was cocaine. He has no prior drug charges. and the amount was 1 gram. He already served 1 month in prison and is out on home confinment. He has to go back to court. Does anyone know what his odds are, if he will have to go back and serve more time in prison or get so many more months/years of home confinement and then have a bunch of years probation.

By the time Mrs. Paduska's boy comes back from the newsagent he's finished his Smarties and always throws the empty tube into my front garden. Without the top with the letter on, he's collecting those. I've said I'll clip his ear but he warns that you get three months for that- How long do you get for a Chinese burn?

I want to do some traveling in a new RV this year.

Since I will be living in the RV, at which point does it change from home to a motor vehicle?

I like to have a few cocktails at night while I am watching television.

If I'm setting in the RV watching television and become intoxicated.
Is it illegal because I am in a motor vehicle? I would still have physical control of the vehicle (meaning that I have the keys).

Let's say that I have stopped for the night. I close off the front part (pull curtains) of the vehicle. The engine is running (to keep the systems going). I'm in the back part, having cocktails and enjoying my television shows. I would be parked in a desinated area and by myself. Would I be considered DUI or what?

I would really like to know. I sure wouldn't want to get a DUI. How would (or could) a policeman handle this.

Thanks for your time with this question. Mike h.
