You are entitiled to go on and live a righteous life and sin no more...or you can keep looking for some silly reason to bring a frivilous law suit against someone...
Seriously, if you think this was done without real cause, ie someone was trying to get at you some way. Then if you have some proof of that you should seek out a lawyer because they may try to do that to you again. However, most cops dont have time for that sort of thing and are just trying to do their job. Chances are if a cop arrested you for it then you at the very least looked guilty to them because they are not going to risk their job to make you look bad...it just aint worth it.

As long as due process was followed, and your rights wasn't infringed upon, then the only thing you are entitled to is any money that you may have put towards a bond with the courts. Only if you paid this directly to the courts and not through a Bail Bondsman.

No. Let's just be clear that this holds for the rest of your life also. You are never "entitled" to anything. You must work to earn what you get.

If you paid out legal fee's to defend yourself then it will be reimbursed -if you think that you were maliciously sought out then you can counter sue - but this is a timely and expensive process
