why Residents of apartment Property
they accuse a security officer of harassment
when he made a resident contact in order to verify
if that person is a real resident?

and why when a security officer act with courtesy
some people have to be rude and sometime start
to be an asshole?

this is classical that happen to me very frequently
why when a security officer stop you
and before let him to tell ya what he want?
you start screaming like a monkey and say this words
" hey why you stop me I do nothing wrong!!"

last one there is any Residents of apartment Property
to understand what is the job of security officer?

The reason of all my questions is because
when I got a job like security officer I was
so excite I tell myself I am going
to do something for the community safety
and then I be accuse of stupid stuff like harassment .

Your answer is in your question... YOU ARE DEALING WITH RENTERS... and that is the kind of person who is always ready to complain of being "Harassed" or of being treated badly because it's "Raciest"... or because they think they can do anything they want to do and it's none of your business to tell them that what they are doing is wrong...

There are a lot of renters around where I live and most of them aren't too bright and almost all of them are Title 8 which means they have too many kids and they won't control them and call you a lier when you tell them what their kids have done... they will even deny it when you SHOW them the video. On top of that... part of MY TAX DOLLARS is going to pay their rent and utilities.

Face it... you are just dealing with trash. Sure, there are some good renters living in apartments... but there are many more... probably the majority... who are poor and arrogant and blame the whole world because they have to live in an apartment.

I feel sorry for. It' s a lousy job.

I completely understand people's aprehension when it comes to security guards and police officers. And, I used to be a security guard in college, working bars and clubs. Most of the people I worked with were bullies, not just typical everyday bullies, but nasty, foul creatures that got jollies from harassing people (innocent people!) for no reason other than because they could. Word of mouth spreads, and the word gets out that security guards are bullies and losers, and from my experience they are. The good ones suffer, and I considered myself a good guy, but my fellow security guards even went so far as to frame me and accuse me of being drunk on the job just to get rid of me so they could do god knows what.

The police lie for a living. They're out to write as many tickets as possible and they have a history of showing absolutely no care in the world for the citizens they WORK FOR. They believe they are the man, the authority, immune to the law they supposedly uphold. They can and do use anything and everything you say to them against you--that's why most SMART people do not cooperate with the police. There is no benefit to doing so.

People who value their rights and privacy do not like the cops or security guards getting into thier business, harassing them, questioning them, or so much as approaching them. Who would? Especially with all that we know about the crooked bullies who abuse their position of power--it's a risk and a situation people would sooner avoid.

Because people who are morons know that anyone in enforcement has to keep an even keel and have had all the psychological tests.....they like to see how far they can push them...or they just feel inferior around an authority figure so they have to play "big man"

Are you kidding? People are rude to cops 'cause cops are assholes. F* the police. There is something called the constitution, but that piece of paper is imaginary. And the only oversight to their actions happens after your night or two in jail. Oh you think you have rights? Wait til you get pulled over. You think you are innocent until proven guilty? You gotta be arrested to get a chance to be proven not guilty. We actually live in a police state. Unless you ever be subpoenaed, ticketed or given a warrant you don't even get it.

It's all in "The approach", you have to have the ability to B.S. them, to get the info. you need.
Example: "Hello, I'm with secrurity for the Building, and property at this address, are you a resident of this community (Sir or Ma'am), we ask this for our resident's protection, thank you for your cooperation"

pleasant, respectful, polite,

Because there are stupid people all over this world who don't respect authority. They think they are better and don't have to listen when in all reality they are dirt bags! You keep up the good work. One day you will be appreciated for it!!
