I received some unsolicited emails that contained what I thought was child pornography and reported it to Yahoo--the server in which it was sent. But if that is not the case, I'm sure the FBI has a website that you can report that kind of stuff.

If it has happen via the internet I believe the crime would be considered the jurisdiction of the FBI as it would cross state lines.
