I am in security, However the schedule is always a weekend. I am looking for something in criminal Justice that does demand weekends all the time. I do have an Associates, understand I need an BA. What you think? Where do I look for a better Job/Career

Are there any prisons in your area? Have you tried there. Are how about jails? I majored in criminal justice and there is not much out there unless you work in corrections or at a police department.

Jobs in the courts systems are usually monday thru fridays with weekends off, However, if you want to work weekends, there are public safety jobs such as Capitol police, City and Metro Police and Sheriffs that have rotating shifts.

Looks like you took the wrong Major... Shift work in law enforcement is universal. The only hope you have is to do your time with the crappy days off and night shift hours until you get enough senority to bid for a decent shift and days off.
Thats the way it works!
Theres always the bank if you want weekends off!

It will depend on job you get. Many times the people with the less seniority will be working nights and weekends untill you have been there longer.

I dont know how it works where you are... Look into part time police officer, corrections, the county jail, park police.

I dont know if you need a BA, but the police academy here has credits that go towards your degree.
