I've never heard of a statute of limitation on a parking ticket, but anything is possible. Generally with parking tickets, they accumulate until someone issues a bench warrant for the owner of the car...at which point the local constable or sheriff will haul you into court to face the fines.

You don't need to worry about a statute of limitations for a parking ticket... if you never respond to them, an arrest warrant will be issued for you before the time is up.
