any suggestions on what the DA will offer as a plea?

All charges include:

*Marijuana with intent under 1LB
*pills not in proper container (although I have a prescription for all) It was 2differnet types of lithium in 1 container
cracked wid shield ( I was a passenger)
*licesnse plate light being out ( again I was a passenger)


I think they will drop everything but the posession with intent....what do you think? Any advice from ANYONE ESPECIALLY Prosecutors will be helpfull!!

Ok, the auto charges are merely vechile offences and unless you owned the car, as a passenger, they can not hold those charges against you and they would have to be dismissed anyway.

If you have a prescription for your medication, most likely that charge would be dismissed.

Pot under a pound, are they going for intent to distribute ??

If not, probation for 1 to 3 years and a fine under 1000 dollars

If you were willing to turn in your supply person you could perhpas even get all the charges dropped, depending on how much the DA wants to deal

But you need to delay your trial till after the election date of your area and for a couple of months past that if possible,
It is time at least here for judges and DAs to run for office, and they always get touch really hard around election times.

You are most likely correct.

Since you were the passenger, the last 2 charges don't pertain to you. You cannot be charged when you were just the passenger..that would be like pulling over a vehicle for speeding and then giving everyone in the car a speeding ticket.

Pills not being in the proper container they CAN charge you with if they choose to, but most likely will just go for the drug charge.

As for the pot...depends if this was your first "alleged" offense. Also depends on the judge you get. Some have a zero tolerance policy some don't.
