I didn't want to officially file a complaint, just find out who these bozo's were.

if you have someone who is tresspassing call the police and file a report, give them the plate numbers and they will question these people.
** by the way it is illegal for police officers or anyone with access to NCIC to run plates for people and give them that info

Contact the Police in your area and give them the plate numbers
and the make of vehicle
It may also help to give descriptions of the offenders if you are able.

Nobody would run a tag for you and post it in yahoo answers. There are serious penalties for that, like say PRISON, and up to $50,000 dollars in fines.
