Then you can't. If she were a minor you could go to the SS office and ask for it. But since she is an adult, she will have to go to the SS office with her ID (and usually her birth certificate) to get it.
(this assumes you just can't ask her).

She is LEGALLY an Adult, and she is responsible to ask Social Security HERSELF if she has misplaced or lost or had stolen her Social Security Number. YOU can not do anything to get this number yourself.
