That is a matter for the State Attorney General. Contact him immediately. That kind of behavior is unacceptable by your boss and by the police. Someone's head will roll for that. Do not waste any time.

I thought the proper way to get money owed is to take someone to court. By him holding a gun to your head, this is a threat to your life. I find it hard to believe the Oakley Police went along with this man. I would contact a lawyer or go straight to the Police Department. If this does not help, I would advertise this incident as must as possible--hurt his business. By the way, I hope you aren't still working for this man!

I think you lost the car by default on a loan. Now you come out of the blue with they put a gun to my head and made me give them the title.

You need to press charges. Even if you owe him money that is not the way for him to act towards a situation.
