Ok,
My husband's ex-wife wants to go to court over a motorcycle...
She's the cosigner on it..
she hasn't made one payment on it and my husband pays it on time and in full.. never late.

My question.. can she actually get this in court?
We don't really care in a way because it's one less bill and we don't use it, BUT she's getting married soon.. so i think that is her motivation... then she'll sell it..
and honestly.. i dont think it's right for him to have put his money into it for her to profit off of it..
what would normally happen with something like this?..
any ideas?...

I know that each state translates adultery differently, but is it technically illegal in each state? does every state have some sort of theoretical punishment for adultery? even if it isnt enforced

For instance, my school uses "Websense" to filter the internet, and it blocks so many things for virtually no reason. I don't believe in Censorship. Rating systems, yes, but censorship, no. And you?

Double jeoparady is putting someone on trial twice for the same crime. So for example if someone is tried for murder and they are found not guilty, they can not be tried again even if they found new evidence that proves them guilty. I don't argree with it, but what do you guys think about it?

basically.. me and another kid had problems, cops were called and its still currently under investigation. but meanwhile, a myspace was created about the other person, which made his entire school make fun of him and dislike him. he accused me of making it when it was 100% impossible for me to have made this. people asked me why i did, and i explained to them how i couldnt have. then one day like 5 of my friends from that school come home and tell me that they are not allowed to talk to me, because they are in trouble. that the vice principle and school liasion told them that i DID make the myspace and that im a predator and a pedophile. making me lose friends, i went to the cop that was investigating it and told him, and he knows its 100% impossible for me to have made it. so the school just assumed i did for whatever reason and told everyone that it was me when it wasent. so now an entire town thinks im a predator. and ive had people harass me because of it and i want to sue if i can

find someone who is willing to try something before he condems it? Now, how would he know just how evil and rotten homosexuality was if he did not have first hand experience with it. Do you think that fellow Republicans would like him to just disappear into a men's room and never come back? I don't think that Idaho wants to be know as the Brokeback Mountain state.

Seal pups are being clubbed to death. Many are still alive when they are skinned. Torture for profit is sickening. I know I can help by not wearing fur. But, since I am in the U.S., I am wondering what else can I do to help stop the slaughter of seals in Canada.

Drug tests I can understand, but our company has schedule our entire group for hearing tests. Yes, it's a factory location, but we all work in an office, no excessive noise. One person who has taken it says they make you fill out a detailed questionaire which includes non-job related questions. This seems like an unnecessary invasion of privacy to me. I'm sure that the company is just trying to cover itself in case of lawsuits, etc. Not that they really care about our well-being. Should we refuse, or just give in and take the tests?

A gal in northeast MN has had 2 (that I know about) fundraiser/benefit/garage sale saying the money will go to a woman who has been disabled since March, even using her name and having a donation jar. People have donated items for her to sell. The sick woman has not seen a penny of this money but her friends and former co-workers think she has. The gal having the sale said she had to pay for space (for the sale), signs to be printed and the newspaper ad and her time. Isn't this fraud?

My mother has a will in which she handed over the contents of everything she owns to one particular business. My mother is bipolar and she made this new will while off her meds. Thankfully my mother is better but pride and shame are keeping her from revoking or making a new will. She will grant me power of attorney in case she goes off her meds again, but is there anything that can be put in the power of attorney to dismiss, revoke, or cancel out her current will that was made while she was ill? I really don't want to get into a legal battle with said company over something they know was created while my mother was ill.
