i paid for my childrens portraits 6 weeks ago and havent received them everytime i ring i get promised acall back and never get 1 they keep asking me the same questions over and over and was told they would be here last week is there anything i can do will trading standards help or do i need a solicitor

You can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Check with the local police to see if any other complaints have been lodged against this photographer. If they have, file a complaint with the police for fraud and have them open an investigation. If they learn that this is a fraud, then look for a solicitor to get your money back if they refuse to give it back to you willingly.
