BUT, she passed away in 1999! I am confused as to why I am receiving this NOW and what exactly it means. I know that when someone dies, creditors have a time period to claim against someone´s estate but why NOW? Would not that have been done in 1999?

A bit of history- her divorce was granted 2 days before she mysteriously died. Her husband (technically EX) kept everything and refused all contact with us, claiming harrassment, if we pursued any contact with him whatsoever. His attorney notified us of this via certified mail, so my siblings and I let it all go.

Now, out of the blue I get this letter from the same attorney.

Please advise as to what this is and why it is coming 8 years after her death.

Thanks in advance.

I saw Michigan ruled against this because of the 4th amendment but the US court reversed it or something? Anyone have information on this? Does Michigan have them, or is it up to the state? Where abouts are they in Michigan?

Thanks.

I talked to a very nice bunch of Scotsmen who laughed at all my jokes and dropped heavy hints about supplying me with 72 virgins. and an autographed pair of Ursula Plassnik's knickers.
Sadly, I have received neither my virgins nor my knickers.
I have received E-mails and Texts saying:
"Keep Shtum! English B*stard!"
Does this sound like a genuine communication from Gordon Brown?
In all our contacts he was referred to as Mr Bean and I was referred to as Lord Vincent (my promissed title)

Anyway,as I am virgin-less and knicker-less, I want my £1,000,000 BACK !
If you must know.Type in Ursula Plassnik!!

This is just typical of the pro McCanns, They just CANNOT see they have done any wrong.
this is not plagurism before anyone says so...i have just copied and pasted.
I have now come to believe that the pro McCanns support them because they themselves are people who would leave their kids alone and not think it was neglect. They think that kate and gerry just went across the yard...how bl**dy stupid and one be??/ Anyone agree?

THIS WAS THE ANSWER TO ONE OF LISAS QUESTIONS

We all agree (the pros and the antis) that the McCanns are guilty of making a poor decision on leaving the children alone. I will not call that NEGLECT. Neglect would be if they had left the premises, the children were not fed, etc.

Parents KNOW their childrens sleeping habits, so if K&G were sure the children were going to sleep through the night, why not go across the yard for dinner? SO WHAT? I may have done the same thing but I would have had one of those baby monitors with me ( which now by the way, they make with VIDEO as well as Audio).

People use the "neglect" as they call it to justify that they must have killed her and dumped the body. I have posted so many times on how the time frame simply does not allow that theory to work. But some people are just too lazy to think it through and stick by their old worn out theory that imaginary neglect=imaginary murder.

Out of the hundreds of antis, there are many 5 posters that I even bother to discuss the case with, the others are too closed minded. Heaven help anyone who might get in trouble and have those people on a jury. In the states, those kinds of people would never make it past jury selection. I hope it is the same way in the UK but from what I have seen of their legal procedures this far, I doubt it.

My daughter's birth certificate has an error on it. It is my fault for putting off the correction. According the VA, where she was born, I first have to get a court order for name change where we live now, which is Randolph Co, NC. I've done a name change in VA and it was easy. I called the Clerk of Court here and was told they can't give legal advice, to call a lawyer. I did, he said it was easy, I didn't really need to pay him $300 when I could do it myself. I called the clerk's office back, but they won't tell me anything other than I have to post a notice for ten days. They won't even tell me what is required to be on that notice. They say that it is giving legal advice. I want to do this myself, I just need to find out what the steps and requirements are to change my daughter's name in Randolph Co, NC. The only thing I found online so far is the template for the Petition for Change of Name of a Minor. I need to know what else I have to do. Thank you for any and all assistance.

I lived in my old apt. for 6 years. I recently moved out due to someone bringing in cockroaches.
Anyways I fixed up that apartment so much I put in so much money into it. I have gone through 3 owners. The 3rd ownder wont give me my security deposit back. He's trying to say that all carpets were stained (only 1) hardwood floor needs to be redone. Well I redid floor does need to be restained, but who cares. When I first moved in I was getting slivers in my feet left & right.
he also said apt. smelled rotten. I cleaned that apt. I even re painted all the bedrooms. So the apt smelled like paint & bombs cuz I bomed all my stuff so I wouldnt take roaches w/me.
If I wouldnt of contacted him about my security deposit on 30 day im not sure if he would have wrote.
The only thing I should be held responsable for is the rug one stain my kids did w/iron & the door kids wrote on.
My point is he is 3rd owner he dont know condition of apt when I moved in. I need my deposit back for bills

we had a discussion today in my Government class about how some brazilian CHILDREN are working instead of going to school, now, My Gov/Eco teacher says that there is a statement in one of those two documents saying we have the right to interfere with that. personally i dont think we should if they want to work instead of going to school then let them... but if any history buffs read this... could you please tell me the statement that says we have the right to put our nose in their buisness, i would greatly appreciate it. ( and i get extra credit points )

I now i recently asked a question like this but things have changed now.

I am a female consultant (3years experience). Recently another consultant left - meaning theres room for a new consultant.

Advertised they have the salary neg, but after i read an email from the MD to my boss, it states they'll pay £16-£19,000. (im currently on £15,500)

My title is Recruitment Consultant, and the position advertised is consultant. . . . the only difference is i dont drive - they knew this before i started.

They are about to take on a new male staff, do i have employment rights? He has no experience of recruitment yet he will start on a better salary....

surely this isnt fair?

I was arrested the other night in Ohio for two misdemeaner and I have court tomorrow. I don't know what to expect and I am scared as hell of what's going to happen to me and how it will affect my future. I've always been a good kid all my life. I'm 20 years old college student with a clean record before all this happened. I am really dissappointed in myself and my poor decisions that night. Please answer any of these questions if you can.

I believe I was charged with an underage and buying alcohol underage. I am going to plead guilty to drinking underage but I did not buy alcohol that night. I was carrying my older brother's ID that night but I did not use it (because there was already alcohol present at the party I went to). What can I expect to happen to me? What kind of fines and penalties should I expect? How will this affect my future with jobs and such? Do you have any tips or advice for when I appear infront of the judge?

Also what exactly happens in court tomorrow?

Is this correct? The reason I ask is that after my mother passed away my brother (naughty naughty) tried to get my fathers will changed (my father is alive but senile) to make it look as if he was the named executor instead of me. He didn't change the terms of the will which split the equity equally between us so seemingly has nothing to gain from this, or has he??? It was (is) a mystery why he did this. Then the other day on the radio I heard that the executor can charge up to 40% of the estates value as a fee - is this correct? If so now I know why he pulled this stunt and why he's sitting there waiting for my dad to pass away! Hope someone can help clarify this.

I was laid off full-time employment about 2 months ago, and I have been trying to get a job ever since, and since i'm 17, nobody wants to hire me. So now my husband and I are running out of money from his paycheck, and I was wondering if I am still eligible to apply for unemployment? I still have the paperwork saying it was no fault of mine that I was laid off?

Any help greatly appreciated.
