I recived a paper in the mail stating that my license has been revoked because i was arrested, BUT i was never arrested.

Can i take this to court and get my licinse back because of false information? (i was in the hospital the day they claim i was arrested!) Do i need to contact a lawyer? i have two m.i.p.s but i was never driving when i was caught and i still never got arrested! im already 18 and i dont get why this affects my driving.

Start with a copy of the hospital bill showing you were in hospital the day of the arrest and head to the DMV for an explanation; sounds like there is more going on here than you understand and an explanation in person will help you understand how to fix it or if you need an atty.

What do you mean by two m.i.p.s.'s?

If you have a court date for any infraction and did not appear in the Court, the Court would issue a bench warrant for your arrest (arrest date would be the date the warrant was issued) and depending on the infraction and where you live, could suspend your driver's license until you appear in Court or pay the fee/penalities & Court costs.

Whether or not you need a lawyer would have to do whether the charges are criminal or not.

I would appeal it, phone your local procurator fiscal office and ask them I think you would be better off with a lawyer.

Yes, you can appeal, you need a lawyer as well.
