find someone who is willing to try something before he condems it? Now, how would he know just how evil and rotten homosexuality was if he did not have first hand experience with it. Do you think that fellow Republicans would like him to just disappear into a men's room and never come back? I don't think that Idaho wants to be know as the Brokeback Mountain state.

No violation notice, but there is a difference. Clinton never claimed to be a choir boy or against infidelity. Senator Craig has been a harsh critic of homosexuality. So was former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover who lived with his long time boyfriend, second in command of the FBI. Hypocrisy just can't be trivialized or justified because other people have had indiscretions.

It appears the The Honorable Larry Craig has been engaging in homosexual behavior during his entire adult life. He condemns it publicly while practicing it privately. (This is the classic signature of Republican politicians in general: hypocrisy.) His fellow republicans have done nothing to remove him from office.
If you do a search for Republican sex on any major search engine you will find that the Republican party is filled with closeted sex offenders.
Homosexuality exists throughout the world and those who decry it the loudest seem to be the most likely to be closested homosexuals themselves.
Your words rings hollow in light of the facts.

He plans to write a book, but that issue will not be included. A funny angle to this, is that Bruce Reed of Slate went up to Idaho and interviewed a neighbor of Craig's. Turns out the man is gay himself. An unwritten rule of Idaho is ignore your neighbors and don't ask questions. If I could stand the winters, I'd move there tomorrow. The Log Cabin Republicans could make some sort of outreach to him, but that sort of thing is tough. He may keep his secret to his last breath.

Isn't the mantra something like, "It was only about sex."?
He may be a hypocrite, and I think, along with the Republicans in the Senate, that he should resign, but after a decade of listening to Democrats excusing the illustrious previous President for his misdeeds because they were "Only about sex", y'all need to just STFU.
I eagerly await the violation notice I'm sure will come with this one.

as long as he's not doing anything illegal, it should be no one's business. i don't see why these men are claiming to have had sex with him, even if it is true. why would someone care if they lived in a state full of homosexuals? why would they want to move away?
