I am 16 years old and my mom recives child support checks every month

The problem is i dont even live with my mother and basically i never see any of the money i am supposed to get for child support.

Is there any way i could get the money sent directly to me or the person i live with (grandmom) so i doesnt go to waste?

How about we fire every person employed by the IRS and foce them to work at hard labor, high paying jobs til the day they die, giving every cent back to the Americans they helped steal from?

Fair enough, right?

To make a long story short, My husband and I were purchasing a new suv, and my husbands brother was our co-signer. We decided to refinance our home to pay off the balance of vehicle which was $22,000. We paid it completely off, before we got a chance to take my husbands brother of the title as co-signer, my husband suddenly passed away. At the time of death, the suv was at his fathers house, I asked to have the vehicle back which was the family car and I have 4 kids and really needed it for them. The father in law refused to give me the suv. I need to know if this is legal, I understand my name wasn't on the pink slip, but I was under the impression that since we were married and we live in California, I was intitled to my own car! I have asked the father in law for the sake of his grandchildren, to please return the car, which is locked in his yard! Do I have any legal standing? I really can't afford a lawyer, but we refinanced to pay that car off and I have no use of it!
Thank you

My mom works at a nonprofit organization, and it's really tiny. As in 10 people tiny. The current president is stepping down in January to retire, and the accountant (if you would call her that) is BY THEORY quitting in December.

Both have been suspected of stealing from the company, but that's beside the point.

Basically my mom and the accountant (we'll call her Sheila) have been at odds with each other since Sheila wouldn't do her work, couldn't account for a LOT of money, and took 4 hour work days when she's working full time.

My mom went to her today and told her that life is too short to be angry. Truce.

Shiela went home for lunch and took 3 hours to get her hair done. Shiela's best friend came to my mom while she was working (manning the phones while everyone was at lunch) and threatened her. She told her that God will show her what goes around comes around and to not be surprised if she gets stabbed in the back. There was more to it.

What should she do?

I'm wondering.......is it legal in any capacity for a 16 year old to move out on her own in the state of Georgia?
Do you need parental consent, or special circumstances, or can you just move, or live with a friend, or what?

PLEASE no BS responses. This is important to me.

My under age daughter was checking out her new phone and found a video dated 2 months before she got the phone. As a parent I am very angry and offended. The phone was purchased as "new" from a major retailer. Our family is very religious vehemently opposed to all forms of porn and exploitation. What can I do about this?

-They live in MD
-I sent the money through Moneygram and I have the receipt
-When i've attempted to get the money they've cursed me out and disrespected me in other ways..really badly.
-I've given them multiple opportunities to repay the loan
-My brother says that I gave them the money and it wasn't a loan
-I have other relatives that can vouch that it was a loan
-I hate having to be that"person" but it's a matter of principle.

Please help! Let me know how I can make this happen

I have a lawsuit disputing ownership, in circuit court, I have filed a lis pendens, with the clerk of circuit courts. I thought this was all I had to do, but maybe not? I was told by land records, that any company who does a title search knows to look at both land records and court records when researching a property, but I've read some answers about notifying the litigants and so forth, for maryland what are the steps needed so that, the house can't be sold/refinanced without me getting my due or the opportunity to getwhat I feel is due to me depending on the courts ruling.

If someone crosses that "No Trespassing" field and they're caught and arrested by those MPs, can't they have some positive options to that it doesn't have to hurt them?

How about letting them join? Maybe people cross it because they wanna join on the action. Can't they somehow get charges dropped, something that can be comromosied?

People in the goverernment are not better people that people who are not in the goverernment, so why do some people only the people in the government have a right to know about giant mutuated spiders from that movie "Ice Spiders", yet others aren't allowed to and if those Ice Spiders hurt those people or even kill others, that their no compensation? That would be terribly unfair.
