Yes. It is assault. Call 911 and report it. If you are under 18, it is called child abuse and the penalties are more severe.

If your mom's boyfriend is kicking you, you should have a talk with your mother or another trusted adult about it. Let that person know TRUTHFULLY what led up to it as well. Be prepared to show any bruising that may have occured because of it.
The best person to talk to is your mom if she didn't witness this. If she DID witness it and did nothing, maybe you need to discuss that with her as well, preferably in private away from the bf. If this tends to be a regular thing, being kicked or beaten (abused, not disciplined) by the bf, and nothing has been done to prevent it, then it may be time to dial 911. Consider the ramifications of this, as that WILL most likely involve child services and you MAY be removed from the home. Once 911 is called, there is no turning back.
If this is a one time deal, I would talk with the mom about it first and see what happens.

Yes it is, Call the police it's that simple and if you put Goldbond foot powder in his underware you'll get to see him dance around and holler

Seriously, It may be kicking now but could get a LOT worse.
Dont wait till something worse happens

well if it is a light playful kick, then no, but if he meant it as child abusivness, then call 911 and tell the police, because that is known as assault.
