Mine is a small company 20 people may be. I know if I left my job my employer will get in little trouble until he finds new employee. But I have to leave if I am not getting salary hike.
So my question is, can I continue my cobra Insurance if I didn't left in good terms or they can deny me Cobra Insurance.

COBRA is a Federal mandate and not optional. Check the website to find out if twenty employees qualifies . . . the above poster is incorrect . . . they do have to carry you if the company meets Federal requirements . . . (it should) . . . however they are not financially responsible.

he has to offer you COBRA for up to 18 months after you terminate employment. This is a federal law (which means florida's laws are superseded). warning, though - it can get very expensive. I've seen monthly premiums exceeding $600.

they have to cover you for 18 months after you quit, get fired, or for any other reason you leave. just remember though that you pay for the whole insurance tab. the company doesn't have to pay a cent for it.

If you quit you are not due cobra nor are you due unemployment.
