Here's the deal. Let's say I live in Town A w/my mom and my dad lives in Town B. I'm going to be a senior in high school next year and my mom says I'm going to be living with my dad for senior year and go to school in Town A next year. I live in NJ. Is this legal/allowed?

If your parents have joint custody, you can go to either school.
You just need to be enrolled as a resident or guest.

Just tell the school that you live at your mom's house and stay at your dad's house.
