There are no restrictions. Regulating gun use in any way is a violation of our Constituional Right to Bear Arms.

Or is it right to arm bears?

I get confused.

Depends what state you are in. Usually 18 or 21.

It really all depends on the State, dude. 18 at least. Plus you must see your local Police department for a special permit just to own one. Separate permits are required to carry the weapon concealed. I know before I bought my rifles in massachusetts, i was allowed to be shown a weapon without presenting my age verification and Police permit.

The laws vary from state to state, and also by the federal laws. Should you want to find out locally, ask at your police station.

18 - 21. Unfortunately the screening process is weak so if you are planning on getting one make sure its for protection and not intimidation.
