Let's put it this way. I wouldnt be signing any apartment leases if I were you. You are looking at serious time. If you have priors, it might be longer than you think possible. There's a reason they make it so hard to get ephedra you know.

Well, yes they should. Let's put this situation into reality now. The socialists, liberals, Marxists and progressives make up of the democrat party. Of that base there is a mutual fundamental agreement to support their joint idealistic and unsustainable Utopian views in an attempt at perfect harmony. What this equates to is the rights of one person vastly out weighs the rights of the many. They have solidified that by appointing activist judges that legislate constitutional changes from the bench. This liberal court system will in fact allow all responsible parties off scott free. The only one on the hook would be the illegal, and he will flee to Mexico.... In my opinion. Great country, huh? These libbies represent the destruction of our country.... In my opinion.

These are serious felonies. The firearms possession is both an aggravating factor to the drug charges AND a serious felony in it's own right.

Potential penalties are many years in State prison.

Get a lawyer.

If you have no prior charges, you are likely to get a prison term. If you have priors, you definitely will.
