Am not too sure what your question is trying to say. Based on what I think you are trying to say, my answer is that two wrongs do not make a right.
Just because people abroad are acting in an immoral manner, we should not reciprocate.

if they ever get electricity in Kenya, maybe the people will get access to a tv and see how people in the 21 century live instead of the 6th. we dont kill people over teddy bears. NIke's maybe, but not teddy bears.

UK legal system is much more civilized. It has been global model from its beginning. In fact, it is the origin of many advanced countries, e.g. U.S., Australia etc.
So be civilized.
