-They live in MD
-I sent the money through Moneygram and I have the receipt
-When i've attempted to get the money they've cursed me out and disrespected me in other ways..really badly.
-I've given them multiple opportunities to repay the loan
-My brother says that I gave them the money and it wasn't a loan
-I have other relatives that can vouch that it was a loan
-I hate having to be that"person" but it's a matter of principle.

Please help! Let me know how I can make this happen

They live in MD, where do you live? If it is far away, then where can you sue? If they are close, you can file in Maryland, if not you still have to file there, unless they came to where you are to get the money, which they did not. So is it worth the travel?
Also, how much was the loan for? If it was for a $100, $500 $3,000 it matters whether it is worth it. Think long and hard.
Never lend money you cannot afford to lose. I know it is sad, and makes you mad. You might just want to write him off as the deadbeat he is. I'll bet you are not the first and won't be the last. Good luck, but don't let him and his ruin your life. It is not worth it.

Unless you have something in writing, it might be difficult to prove it was a loan. Even if your brother really, truly thought it was a loan, when you asked for payment he should have still paid you back the money or as much as he could.

small claims it is

you'd be in better shape if you had a written agreement -- next time you'll know.

as you've already guessed, they'll try as hard as possible to not pay you and you'll be hated forever. Borrowers always think their problems are worse and more important than anyone else's..
