By treating people equally and also by encouraging the institutions they work for to establish anti-discriminatory practices.

You will need to be a little more specific. If there has been anything I've noticed about health care is their equality and diversity. They are also the biggest bunch of smokers and over eaters too, but they are very diverse.

By not refusing to treat them just because they can't afford healthcare insurance (that's why I left the US).
