Would you buy them? I wouldn't. Not until China gets its act together and stops making hazardous products--and SELLING them to consumers. As if we wouldn't find out...
(A seriously stupid move on their part.)


Here is a small list of their harmful products:
1) Cat food. -- poisonous wheat.
2) Dog food. -- poisonous wheat.
3) Automobile tires. -- poorly made.
4) Toys for children. -- lead paint.
5) Toothpaste. -- poisonous chemical additive.
6) Coffee mugs. -- lead paint. (nissan bought them)

Basically, a month and a half ago, my close friend really needed a computer. I had a Best Buy credit card which I hadn't used yet, so we agreed that I would get her the computer on the card and she would pay $25 per week toward it.

6 week later and I have yet to see one penny and our friendship has fallen apart since (for other reasons). It was bought with my card and I still have the receipt, but she actually has possession of the computer. What should I do to get the computer back?

P2P technology is 100% Legal. Kazaa,Dezeer are successful examples. if sharing of such material which are copyright ,making copyrighted material available to download is a crime and it lies with the user because the source provides the link and the user executes the crime. So therefore i declare P2P legal!!!!!

Last nigtht after work my boss and I went to a bar to play some pool.

I caught him cheating and whaled the bejesus out of him. I hit in the throat so hard I think I knocked the puberty out of him.

Anyway, can he fire me for that? It wasn't on work time or work premises and it wasn't even about work.

FARMINGTON, Maine - A 65-year-old woman who went into a Farmington supermarket to buy wine was turned away because she didn't have an ID with her. But Skapa of Mount Vernon says that won't happen again. "I'll be bringing my driver's license with me from now on," Skapa said.

A spokeswoman for the supermarket chain, R. Howes, said Hannaford's new policy is to check IDs of anyone who looks under 45 and wants to buy alcohol. The previous policy was to check for proof of age of those who look younger than 30.

My Comment:

65 being carded for looking 45!!??

Because Maine is doing Alcohol Stings, this is actually a good thing the cashier did! Might of been horriblly embarrassing for all involved, but, I have a friend who was FIRED for selling to someone the state had dressed up as a 50-ish yr old person. How is one to tell that the 'makeup' is FAKE??

My friend has to pay a fine, $1500 !! As does the store she'd worked at for 4 or more years!

Rediculous!

if i owe this phone company of about $1200. and they had already send loads of reminder letter plus they even send me a letter via hand. they actually came to my house. in the ltter stated that they will take legal action without any reference..
anyway since i work where most of the deals with this kind of situation and i think the legal cost alone is going to cost them almost $1000.
is this serious? if i got no money how to pay them back.. plus theres nothing in my house that they can take copz im living with my family.
help2 any advise

On Friday night my cousin hit a girl in a night club.The girl used to be my cousins best friend, had been for 12 years, but she slept with my cousins husband behind her back,so my cousin saw red on friday night and attacked her in a club. My cousin has previously had a caution, years ago,but the ex best friend has decided to press charges.The girl has a very bruised face, scratches,hair pulled out. Does anyone have the slightest clue as to the outcome of this if it went to court and my cousin pleads guilty?

I am in the process of divorce. My ex and I are battling about him seeing the boys. I have to beg him to get them. He use to do it all the time. Now with the new girlfriend and things he just doesnt. This weekend was his weekend and he told me that he had to work. Come to find out, the girlfriend was having a fit to have time with her and her child. How important it is that he spends time with her son. What about my boys...its their dad, they were here first. My mom keeps telling me that I need to argue in the divorce. I need to make it a point that he doesnt make his weekends bacause of the girlfriend. I already have my 5 year old in therapy because he acts out everyttime he comes back from there and says he isnt going back, dad has a new family. I try to explain that when they come there they do need sometime with dad alone since they are onyl 3 and 5. He has only been with this girl for 2-3 months and they are living together. The van is parked outside my house every day. I have been in touch with the company but nothing has been done. I have sufferede this for 4 years and have got high blood pressure and have bouts of depression. It has impacted on the price of my house, and I dont see why I should move due to inconsiderate, disrespectful people. I want to now check out another avenue. The man that drives the van is retired and 70 years old, he works from 10am till 3.30pm every day, but the van is not moved at all over the weekend. Does anyojne know anything about income tax that should be paid on thes van if they are brought home? Thank you for any swift replies.

I don't smoke, and I never will, but what I do think is that this ban is absolutely ludicrous. It doesn't matter whether you think smoking does or does not kill. What matters is that these idiotic people have taken the right away from smokers. It would be fine if there was a pub for smokers and a pub for non smokers, but there is not.
