1 I realise that the parents have been found guilty of child neglect, by the media and public. Assuming the facts are not in dispute, it would still be a question of law whether their conduct fell within any enactment concerning child neglect.

2. There are allegations by some of the answerers that the parents have committed murder. If this is not true then these are heinous and defamatory allegations. However, my question is this: although it is not necessary to prove motive in English law, what motive is ascribed to them by all the people who have found them guilty without trial?

ok I plan to be a doctor and a friend and I were talking about medical marijuana. I think that if a patient was suffering from a condition that they thought that marijuana was helping than it would be ethical for me to prescribe it for them. And unethical for me not to.

What do you think should guide the decision for a doctor to prescribe marijuana?

Have lawsuit against Seller of new home who did not disclose that he was not a Licensed Builder. Acccording to State codes, he must have one to do anything over $25,000.00. He claims City codes over ride this...cannot locate City Codes!

The house has several violations & structural defects that are outrageous to repair. We would practically have to rebuild it.

His building permits were also issued in another Licensed Builders Name. All of this was not disclosed prior to purchase. We can't afford an attorney anymore. So I'm trying to find proof of willful abuse, fraud & anything else that will stick.

On one Saturday, I planned to eat lunch at a local restaurant. When I arrived there, the parking lot in front of the restaurant was full so I drove to a nearby parking garage and found a spot with free 3 hour parking sign clearly displayed on the wall and the whole first level was almost half empty, including the spot next to mine.
After I finished the lunch and left the parking garage, on the way back home, I was surprised to see a ticket by the windshield. I stopped and took a look at the ticket and was shocked that I was fined $250. I went back to the garage right away and checked the spot that I parked , at that very moment i realized that it was a handicap one! I couldn't believe what happened. I never in a million year imagined there was one handicap parking slot hidden between 10 regular parking slots. I swear that I didn't see the handicap sign while parking. As I said that there were many empty spots and the one next to it was empty. Please advise me if I shall fight for it

I have found out that someone, a grown male at that, has been taking photos of my preschool-aged daughter. I know the guy, but we are NOT acquaintances by any means, and he does not know my children on any basis whatsoever. Any laws out there to protect my kids from freaks like this?

I was just listening to the radio and heard Eminems "Real Slim Shady" and the following lyrics are said:

"And that's the message that we deliver to little kids
And expect them not to know what a woman's clitoris is"

But they had bleeped out the word "clitoris." Is this correct? Is "clitoris" considered vulgar or derogatory like the words b****, f*** and s***?? Its the technical term for a part of a womans body. I could understand if they said p***y, but I dont see how the term was derogatory that made it nessiscary to bleep.

Another one is Sean Kingstons "Beautiful Girls" The chorus goes:

"You make me suicidal, suicidal, when you say its over."

But they bleep out the word "suicidal." I understand that suicide should never be condoned, but is it glorifying it the fact that it is in the song? Is this one derogatory as well?

my daughter was in daycare in july 2007, and her tooth was chipped and almost knocked out because a child was throwing batteries at her in her classroom. Their was no teacher present and that teacher and the rest of the faculty act as if they don't care. What kind of lawsuit would i attempt to file and what kind of injury is that? The lawyers that I have attempted to contact said that they dont do those kind of cases. I live in Mississippi and any information that you give is helpful. Thanks in advance

I recently receive a DVD from Columbl House DVD Club.
It said i get to pay for it, but i never ordered or even went to web site. I dont know how come the company knows my name, my address, and my email. I think somebody steal my information from my school, and use my info to creat an accounnt, and help me to order that DVD. But I dont want it and i am not going to pay for it. so I sent the DVD back to the company. Is that legal the company never get my information verify and use that kind of paying method on me. the method is send me the good first, then i pay. i think they should cancel the method because it is forcing me to buy. And I think i dont have to pay for it, because they use my nickname that i use in school. they cant do anything on me because it is not my real name in law

I'm getting nervous, I know I'm in the right. Renter has left w/o paying rent, or utility bill and has held over into this month. What is the process? They are basically irresposible people and the type who like to constantly make excuses. What should I prepare for. They have already accused me of harassment and look at this e-mail I just got:

I am contacting you to ask you once again to leave me alone. You had me served with court papers and I feel it is in my best interest to no longer speak to you. I will be going to the court house tomorrow (September 6th) to file a 5000.00 civil lawsuit against you for destruction of private property / harassment. Please leave me alone. Anything you have to say to me at this point should be said in court.

This is the second time she has threatened me like this. I have very good records. Anytime I've contacted her it is to conduct business. Example like-- can I have a move out date, I'd like to show the house.

I have been employed with my current company for 7 years and have never had a negative review or have been told that I am anything but a good employee.

Several months ago a position opened up that I was very qualified for, but I was told by the hiring manager that after speaking with her boss she was told he would not approve the change because he didn't like my jewelry and that my eye makeup was to dark. I was upset but didn't do anything about it. Another position just opened up in the same group and the same thing happened after the hiring manager again met with her boss. She was willing to give it another shot as she thought I would be a great fit.

During the 7 years I have been with this company no one has ever said anything to me about my jewelry or makeup being unacceptable. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 list Race, Sex, Religion, Color or National Origin as forms of discrimination but nothing like this. Is there anything I can do here, I feel this is so wrong?
