I livin in a community of 300k armenians and the crime here is bad not to mention the driving they do--horrendous.
Now, when the give people tickets, two cameramen get out of the police car and videotape you and take down every word you say while another police officer is writing a ticket?
Is this unusual or what or is this person a suspect or something?

Probably a show like Cops riding around with the cops. Because most squad cars now a days have dashboard cameras.

That shows how we (armenians) are smart and cops r dumb a$$es, since even when they ticket us, we can figure out SO MANY WAYS, to make up a story and win the judge, nd come outta the court not payin a single penny...
now i just heard this from u, they try to tape every single **** nd words, so make our job more difficult to figure out kool excuses, bt trust me they gotta figure out much more clever ways to collect proofs than taping...
ive just been in glendale once, nd i cant tell u much how the driving life is there....
i live in SF...

It could be for the television show "Cops", or simply for the safety of the Officers & the person being cited.
