I recently receive a DVD from Columbl House DVD Club.
It said i get to pay for it, but i never ordered or even went to web site. I dont know how come the company knows my name, my address, and my email. I think somebody steal my information from my school, and use my info to creat an accounnt, and help me to order that DVD. But I dont want it and i am not going to pay for it. so I sent the DVD back to the company. Is that legal the company never get my information verify and use that kind of paying method on me. the method is send me the good first, then i pay. i think they should cancel the method because it is forcing me to buy. And I think i dont have to pay for it, because they use my nickname that i use in school. they cant do anything on me because it is not my real name in law

The law on this is that you cannot be responsible for something you did not order. Also, if something just sent to you, you may consider it a gift and keep it.
