Absolutely, and there is a fleet of unmarked black helicopters hovering just over the horizon waiting for you to make a mistake.

YA was suppose to be a helpful application where people can ask essential question and get a mature answer for it, UNLIKE "Who is bored here?"
Today, YA has evolved into another "fun" website where one gets awarded points and levels. In websites like this security is important, but I would not say as far as homeland security (that's federal government). YA is monitored through its users. This is why they have a link called "Report Abuse." Through this link, the users can report abuse.
Although homeland security might be involved (you never know). Did you know that a branch of FBI is a leading investor in Facebook? They can see anything you put on facebook (I actually read the agreement).

All anyone has to do is look it up, sophisticated programs have been embedded now for a while.
If anyone knows anything about the address bar it's simple to see 'odd' stuff. Controllers have to control and IANA, ICANN and Internet 2 ARE diagnosing info not just on suspects but everyone. I hope we still have the free speech we think we have.
Comm: who'd have thought the day would come when someone would be called anti-American for being pro-Constitution, anti-war and a Govt of,by and for the people and not for special interests.

I would say so... why not... They are already bugging the phone lines and keeping track of us through GPA devices in cars and cell phones. I'd say big brother's on here too.
It's funny how they can spend so much time listening in on conversations, but can't seem to really make any real security improvements. Watch reports on PBS... it's scary.
