my daughter is a cheerleader. we always go to watch her cheer. we don't care about the football game...just my little girl cheering. last friday, we had some problems. i kind of over medicated myself, and had a hard time staying on the bleachers. i wanted to go out to my car to get anothe beer and i tripped over some guy. his wife started screaming at me. my oldest daughter jumped up and kind of put the woman in her place. my boyfriend got things under control when he stopped my daughter from beating that womans head into the metal frame of the bleachers. to make a long story short, the police came and my boyfriend took off because he has warrants. the school said we are no longer allowed at games...even when my daughter is cheering!! is this legal?? thanks!

Do you still have to go along with the amendmant?

I am not totally changing my mind, but I might want to change my mind on some of the conditions and make them slightly different. This would cause some additional financial expense to the person I have the contract with.

So what happens now? Do I HAVE to go along with the amendmant to the written contract because I may have verbally agreed to do so?

Or can I change my mind?

I saw a documentary on the arian brotherhood today, and they said that to this day manson is still the most feared person in jail. He's already in his 70's, why are people still afraid of him? There are inmates half his age and twice his size. What is it that makes manson still such an enigma?

ANY BLUE collar people out here, that can help me?------------------------------------------------------------ What, What do I do now?
When I was a young man I was lost with no direction and a began my career as a carpenter. and after awhile I enjoyed being a carpenter and when I started bidding on my own projects I was constently being underbidded by the new influx of Hispanics arriving from South America ( 1996- 1999)
So I got out of the business that I liked and started driving a truck. I enjoyed this job too. and now I work tempararly overseas for the Army. but when I go home What will I do? My idea was to buy my own truck and be my own Owner-operator. But now they are allowing Mexican companies to haul freight in the US so I feel that it would be stupid to buy a tractor if the rates are going to be pushed down. I am so worried that I will be "just" a low paid company driver for the rest of my life. OKay people shoot me with your best arrows -

My landlord refused to fix anything, so I withheld rent, because of that my landlord issues a pay or quit. We went to court and the judge had our lawyers to meet and settle the dispute. Once our lawyers settled it, the judge dismissed the case without prejudice (that means there was no judgement against either one of us) The landlord made the repairs, and I continued to live there MONTHS after all of this was settled. So why do I have this eviction, and how can I get it removed from my record?

Capital Gains Exemptions:

Avoiding capital gains before 2 years: There are also a few loopholes if you have not lived in your primary residence for 2 years yet and you would like to sell. If you did not meet the requierments of the ownership test above maybe you fall into one of these exemptions:

1. Employment loophole: The sale of your main home is because of a change in place of employment if your primary reason for the sale is a change in the location of employment of a qualified individual. The new place of employment has to be at least 50 miles farther from your home than the former place of employment was (or, if there was no former place of employment, the distance between your new place of employment and the home sold is at least 50 miles).

What is pretty interesting is that it can be just about any member of your household and also employment is also defined as Self-employed, interesting indeed.

Thanks.

This girl throws rocks at my house and terrorizes my animals. When they hear her coming, they will hide in terror, even though my yard is fully enclosed. She will come right up to my gate with a dog and stand there to intimidate. Her father has a crimminal record. He yells nasty names as he drives by and acts threatening. I think he's putting her up to it.

Ok, I know this is a really boring question, but I am new and trying to think. I just finished studying about amendments and my brain is dead. I am in my first year of law school.
So I visited www.amendment7.org and then thought of this "brilliant" question.

So which amendment is your favorite?

I like amendment 7 because of the fact that you can have a trial by jury (yes it can be good or bad) but it can be somewhat fair if handled correctly.
