Recently, I have been receiving rather threatening emails from a new hire. I finally decided to stick up for myself. All that I did was state the facts that were missing in his string of emails. He referenced info that was requested from the president of the company. So, being he was giving misinformation in his emails, I took it upon myself to set forth the facts and copy the president, in order to defend my good name.I received a call from my VP today and he demands that I send the gentleman an email with sincere apologies. Of course the VP is trying to save face. The only catch is that he also says that I will be reprimanded, probably a two month probation for copying the president of the company on these emails.Should I send out his requested apology? Also, do I have any legal recourse when it comes to his wanting to reprimand me?Clearly the email was only sent to the President in an effort to keep him in the loop. This is all clearly an effort for the VP to save face because he was

Why in the hell did he try to touch a plainclothes cop's wiener in the MSP airport bathroom? If he really is gay (or gay enough to want to have bathroom sex) as he appears to be, why did he bother to get married so now his spouse and grandkids can get their reputations dragged into the mud too?? All media reports point out that Craig is a fervent anti-gay Senator in his voting habits, so how does he reconcile his lust for creepy mano-et-mano restroom action with that kind of voting record. Personally I am LMAOing at that one. For the most part, I am for gay rights and all, but when you look back and consider that being gay is not a gender, a nationality, racial background, disability, or anything but a deliberate voluntary choice, I think they get a little too much sympathy for preferring their sex in their unnatural ways. My open question to you homos, vainly living upstanding, respectable lives is: if you want a better repuation, why not lay off the bathroom sex?!

I rented a car and signed all the Terms and Conditions. A month after I rented I receive a ticket + an administration fee. I asked the hire company to send me all the terms and conditions I had signed and I hadn't signed any condition which mentions the administration fee. The hire company acknowledge this fact i.e. that I didn't sign such a condition however they want to impose the fee on the basis that when I rented I was agreeing to any T&Cs the company may want to apply - including ones that they didn't tell me about.

Is this legal? and if not can I do anything about it? The hire company admits that they cannot provide me with any documentation that proves that I saw these conditions simply because they didn't show them to me.

While interviewing me, future boss asked me what I was getting my Masters Degree in; I told her Theology. After beginning my job she would constantly ask me questions about my religion and why I believed in it. During working hours she would constantly ask me questions about my religious beliefs. One day while talking to me about "sins" I told her I believe in confession (confessing my sins to a priest) and she said to me "oh, come on you're much to bright to believe in that." I told her I do believe in that and she laughed at me in a room with at least 10 other people. She kept talking to me about reincarnation and gave me books on it even though I told her it was against my religious beliefs. She kept asking aloud, "did you read the books"? Been on disability for past 3 months for panic attacks. When I did tell her the conversations made me uncomfortable she made my work life unbearable. She picked on every little thing I did until I couldn't take it anymore.

at your local McDonald's and you have the 20 year old burger flipper arrested. You then take it a step further and have the burger sent to the lab for analysis, Mr. Georgia Cop. Does this seem like a gross misuse of time and tax payer dollars to anyone else? I mean, I don't know about other states but where I live, there is evidence from real crimes sitting in a storage unit collecting dust because they don't have the resources to have it analyzed at a lab. Further, shouldn't be out catching real criminals? I'm pretty sure the streets aren't so peaceful (I haven't lived in GA for about 8 years but I can't imagine all that much has changed) that you have time to go back and question and arrest a chick for knocking over a salt shaker.

my ex-gf from 3 years ago really scrwd up my life and caused a lot of pain and misery. i think a suitable revenge would be to get her evicted from section 8 and that way also keep her from transferring to an apt close to me. can anyone think about this real hard and come up with some good ways of getting her to lose her apt? the thing is, if she is guilty of committing a crime on the premises, that is excuse for the subsidized housing to evict her, but thats as far as I got.
