at your local McDonald's and you have the 20 year old burger flipper arrested. You then take it a step further and have the burger sent to the lab for analysis, Mr. Georgia Cop. Does this seem like a gross misuse of time and tax payer dollars to anyone else? I mean, I don't know about other states but where I live, there is evidence from real crimes sitting in a storage unit collecting dust because they don't have the resources to have it analyzed at a lab. Further, shouldn't be out catching real criminals? I'm pretty sure the streets aren't so peaceful (I haven't lived in GA for about 8 years but I can't imagine all that much has changed) that you have time to go back and question and arrest a chick for knocking over a salt shaker.

Just a case of another police officer thinking they are God and want to control everyone. It is much easier for the police to bother normal people than actually go out and deal with real problems. The bad people fight back ,you know.

I think I would f**k with that cop every chance I got.

Leave salt shakers in his locker and patrol car. Sneak salt into all of his food. Ask him if he has arrested anyone for 'a salt and battery'.

they should wait until there's evidence of a food-borne illness before investigating...someone's taste is subjective...but the police could protect the McDonalds in the event of a robbery...so i dont think the tax is excessive
