My friend works for a hair salon and she made friends with someone else there. when that someone else quit, my friend got her the names of her clients that liked her so she could take them with her to her new salon. The salon owner found out that one of the girls gave the info and they are going after the girl that quit to get to the girl that gave her the names. What is going to happen to my friend. She thinks she will be fired but what else could happen.

Its purpose in creation is as a fiery sacrifice to be offered to our Redeemer during obligations. The political worldwide organizations have framed mischief on it and called it drugs.

I don't smoke marijuana, but If I was to get caught with Marijuana and I was arrested.. i think I would sue the Police department for "Discrimination of Religion."

and question is, why didn't he take the burger back? Kendra Bull a Mc donald 5 months employee accidentally spilled salt on hamburger meat, and that meat was served in a burger for all customers, which one of them was a Police Officer Wendell Adams. That was in drive through and the police Wendall came back after finishing that salted burger then said that it made he SICK. cald Kendra out for questioning then after that she went to jail.
OK poeple tell me, how many time you, your sister, your wife, your mother( that is if they do cook :) ), made food and accidentally salted it?
Does the police officer have a right to questioned the employee?
something is wrong with poeple and poeple have to much power in their hands itsn.t?

Here's the headline from Yahoo homepage "Terror groups raise funds through drugs: DEA". From my point of view this is very typical PR from this federal agency, with the unstated but implied message that all illegal drug users are responsible for funding terrorism - that all illegal drug users must take personal responsibilty for terrorism. When (for instance) most marijuana consumed in the United States is produced inside the country (ok, who are the terrorists?). But the main question (proposal) here is that given that illegal, or recreational, drug use is practically impossible to eradicate, and the Taliban are funding themselves via opium production, shouldn't the US government take production, distribution, AND drug consuling and consumer protection into their own hands, and in this difficult but practical way, defund Columbian mafias and Afganistanian religio-fascists?

I like to walk around in my birthday suit and I sometimes have the blinds open. I also have been known to bump uglies with the same blinds open. Is this illegal? I would not call myself an exhibitionist, more like too lazy to close my blinds at times.

what kind of medical lawsuits do you find interesting?

i have to do a paper on a medical case of some kind, but i dont really know where to start! because i find law boring, i want to work on a case thats interesting!

are there any cases you know of or topics you could suggest that you are interested in? it could be malpractice cases, personal lawsuites against health care industries, ect.

for example i have a classmate that is doing her paper on a case about the misdiagnosis of ADHD in children.

I am a male Roman Catholic who began current job almost 2 years ago. While interviewing me my future boss asked me what I was getting my Masters Degree in; I told her Theology. Shortly after beginning my job she would constantly ask me questions about my religion and why I believed in it. She also told me she wasn't a practicing jew. During working hours she would constantly ask me questions about my religious beliefs. One day while talking to me about "sins" I told her I believe in confession (confessing my sins to a priest) and she said to me "oh, come on you're much to bright to believe in that." I told her I do believe in that and she laughed at me in a room with at least 10 other people. She kept talking to me about reincarnation and gave me books on it even though I told her it was against my religious beliefs. She kept asking aloud, "did you read the books"? I've been on disability for past 3 months for panic attacks. She made me so nervous I can't go back to work, I'm on meds!

i am being sued by a guy i use to be involved with last year. we got into a fight in october over some food and a cig that he dont smoke but he was selling them. i traded a incence for the cig. he got mad because i didnt offer him none of my food. in july 2007 i lost my job then a week later i get summons to appear in court from this guy. i got him arrested and put in jial because i was scared and didnt think that he would do such a thing to me. from october til jan i was going to court for the domestic case but at the same time my building was in danger of being damaged becuase of the fire in (october2006) next to it. so i had to drop the charges on the guy. he is suing me for false arrest false imprisonment and loss of wages for $30,000.00. now i went to court and the judge looked at his case but on the paper it just say those three words. and not all details. the judge let him refile a complaint against me! i file a motion to dismiss. we both dont have lawyers either.

I smoke Marlboro cigs that of course I usually get in a local store. But, recently I came across a carton that was made in the US but was supposed to be sent overseas to another country. I noticed that with these " overseas cigs that their is the black tar showing in the filter after I smoked them.. My question is that since they were made in the US, but supposed to be sent overseas are they of bad quality since maybe the US has stricter laws concerning what is to be put in them for US use compared to other countrys and they can get away with it?

I do believe I am the target of this womans intimidation. Today, I caught her giving me very odd looks, mind you I was doing my job,this woman will harass me from time to time; even as so giving "false" reports of customers complaining about my job performance.I know I am the only one she targets, on occassion she used to ask me private questions about my finances,and personal questions as well. I plan on filing a harassment report. Other than filing this with the labor board, I plan on calling the home office about this; only thing they will be on her side; since she is my supervior.

Am I doing the right thing? Is there other forms I should be filling out? Thanks so Much!!

If someone is pregnant and on unemployment for 6 months, if they do not find a job but are 8 months pregnant, would unemployment extend the time until they give birth??? Bottom line is, it's almost impossible for someone to obtain a job if they are 8 months pregnant.

I talked to a coworker wife about my situation (see aditional details) and she told me that i can run away from home once and the police will bring me back, but if i run away again then i have basicly emancipated myself and my family no longer has control of me and the police wont bring me back (i live in north carolina by the way) is this true? if not what can i do?

A friend of mine took a co-worker credit card from his locker and used it, he got fired from his job, the cops came and gave him a traspass warning, but didn't go to jail, the cops told him that he needed to "turn himself in" or wait for the warrant, it's been a month about this, he keeps telling me that they are no active warrants against him (i also checked) and NOTHING happended, when he talked to his attorney they told him that they probably won't do anything because they are not enough evidence, etc, and that the cops wants him to turn himself in, since he'll be accepting what he did.
Is this correct, why nothing happend with him, how long should he wait to expect a warrant (if any). PLEASE HELP HIM
