Temporary custody in Washington state?

I gave my mother tamporary costody of my daughter 2 yrs ago and now i think it is coming back to bite me does anyone know if the orders exspire or what i can do to make it go away? Please help me...

TEMPORARY CUSTODY IS JUST THAT TEMPORARY--FILE A MOTION WITH THE COURTS OR IN WASHINGTON WITH THE COUNTY SEAT YOU RESIDE IN AND DHR REPRESENTATIVE FOR CUSTODY OF CHILD BACK--ACLU WILL HANDLE IF YOUR RIGHT HAS BEEN VIOLATED LED TO BELIEVE IT WAS TEMPORARY AND BECAME FINALIZED--GOOD LUCK
