On saturday i got in the mail a "claim of lien", and im worried because idk if it's cause of me, or its because my parents havent paid mortguage? the reason why i think its me is because i got caught doing graffiti in our complex (was a toy) and they know it was me...plz help me

Based on your question, I am guessing that the lien is due to unpaid association dues for the subdivision you live in. Most subdivisions have a right under their charter to assess these liens.
The mortgage note holder would already possess a lien and not need to file a claim of lien.
If you damaged property by placing graffiti on it, you need to take some personal responsibility and pay for the damage.

Pay the mortgage so that the lien will not be implemented.
